Visiting the USNO Flagstaff Station

The Flagstaff Station does not have a regular public program such as the one offered by Lowell Observatory. But an effort is made to accomodate school groups and other educational tours from time to time. All tours must be held during daylight hours, as the telescopes are used for observing every clear night.

Getting here:

• Air service to Flagstaff is provided only by US Airways (http://usairways.com/awa/), but many airlines provide service to Phoenix, which is less than 3 hrs away by auto or bus.
